Good deal.Apple always a great gift for any occasion. The I phone 11 may not be the newest version but it is still a great smart phone. Bought two as gifts for Christmas. One for my mom and one for my daughter. My mom did not have an apple account making one was quick and easy. my daughter had an existing account, also very easy set up. My mom’s previous phone was with At%26t. We just switched her SIM card to the new phone. Process was easy. I also have a I phone 11 would recommend it to anyone who wants a new apple phone but does not want to pay the price of the latest version. It has everything I need.

Great phone for the priceLoving this phone and great price! I bought it to use with my Cricket service. I was having issues with my previous phone’s battery so had to buy a new phone but didn’t want to spend a lot. This phone is working great with my Cricket service, I had no issues transferring the phone chip. Overall great!
PS: yes, you can use ATT locked phones with Cricket 🙌🏽

Fast deliveryDelivery was so fast that they forgot to deactivate the activation security feature. Had to spend 31 minutes on the phone to get the issue fixed.

A few problemsHave had to call Apple several times because of volume problems – still not fixed but after hours on phone decided it wasn’t worth the time for such a small thing.

Nightmare!I never write reviews, but felt I needed to share my experience. I purchased the phone, had service added but the phone would not activate because it was coming up as not sold on ATT end. I had to go back to the Walmart I purchased from and they tried reselling me the same phone, but still didn’t work. Then they had to sell me a brand new phone which finally worked but not until multiple phone calls to ATT and wasting hours of my day and gas and on top of it having to deal with extremely rude and incompetent walmart employees. I caution everyone…DO NOT ever purchase a phone from Walmart…it was an absolute nightmare!!! All the reviews you read about this similar issue are 100% true!

dont trust0 stars!! they didnt complete sell before shipping the phone to me. i had to return it at the walmart by my house that doesnt sell iphones and they could only put my money on a gift card and now i cant use my gift card on walmart.com because they wont let me buy any phones anymore online. so now im with out a phone and 296$ giftcard that i cant use

Don’t waste your time and be very carefulSo I bought this phone and the sim card and apparently someone at the Walmart warehouse didn’t process the transaction correctly. I tried activating the phone and when I used my husbands phone to call att they said the phone was listed as lost and or stolen. They also said this happens a lot with Walmart phones. Please be cautious and buy it in store and not from Walmart .com

Worst piece of crap I’ve ever purchasedApple and Iphone products SUCK! This is the most difficult %26 predatory piece of technology I’ve ever encountered. If you are considering switching from Android…DON’T! Android is much easier, and accessible than all Apple, Mac, %26 Iphone products PERIOD!
