Super great laptop for school![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much for this laptop Influenster! This device has been so helpful for college classes and the workload that comes with it! It turns on super fast, has amazing graphics with full hd 1080, and is overall just wonderful. I love that it has the numbers on the side as well as on top too! It comes with good storage to save work on and the battery life holds up well for homework and school!

This laptop has a 512gb hard drive. Not a great amount of storage. But it’s workable. Unless you’re a gamer, then you’ll have to purchase a separate external HDD to store.
The connectivity seems a little slow. I have super fast fiber, and it only connects at half the speed. Hasn’t presented an issue while I’ve been gaming, so that’s a huge plus.
It opened processes quite quickly, I was impressed.
I can play world of Warcraft on 8 graphics settings. Which, is just below maximum everything. I didn’t experience any lag while playing an intensive graphic part of the game.
It did get hot during play. So, good ventilation will be a must if you plan on using it for any gaming.
I’m quite impressed with the performance of this laptop. With it having integrated graphics, I was a little wary of gaming. But this system seems to hold its own.
Transferring files and programs from another Windows system was super easy, I just signed into my windows account, and the system did the rest for me.
I think it would be a great starter gaming system for someone just beginning to play games. It does hold up well to the intense play. Just remember to make sure it’s well-ventilated, not sitting on a sheet where to bottom is blocked.
All in all, a great little laptop. It plays well, it browses well. But the only downside, the speaker system is just not good. Even at max volume, I could hardly hear so I docked a point for that, because everything else this Acer can do, more than makes up for it.

Great Laptop[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Acer Aspire laptop is a great laptop. Holds charge great and has an awesome battery life. The storage capacity is great holds a lot of storage on it. The display is wonderful and has amazing colors. I do love this laptop and think it will last a long time. It has been slow at all and pulls everything up fast.

Still a Mac girl – but this is a nice supplement for software compatibility![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m definitely a Mac person, but in my line of work, many software programs are more windows-friendly. So I’ve been fighting with pseudo-compatibility for 7 years. This has been a gift from the heavens! It is definitely not as fast as my Mac, but that’s to be expected, and the compatibility is worth it. I also like the 15″ screen quite a bit (not able to afford in the Macs!). Battery life so far has not been great, and it’s got a fairly loud fan (all I’ve done so far is install software and the fan is basically always on). I would probably not buy one, but I also still prefer Macs. A very nice free device, though!
