Broken chargerThe laptops charger came broken..I orderd a 11 dollar replacement on Amazon. Hope it works. The computer also came with 5 percent battery but the laptop was working when I used it for 2min before it died.

You get what you pay for…Laptop/tablet comboGot mine today. Mouse pad buttons do not work for left and right clicking but you can move the cursor around. Thankfully it’s a touch screen. It’s also an old laptop that does not get any new updates to the system. So if you want to stay up to date, this is not the laptop for you.

It’s worth the moneyThe charger is extremely loose. I’ve contacted the seller over a month ago. No response. Overlook the computer is in great shape. Looks brand new (LOOK) runs at a good speed ! No scrapes or visible damage.

JUNKI recieved mine today and LORD it is JUNK. Its got a name or something carved near the keyboard, screen was hideously dirty, charger chewed up. And BARELY WORKS!!!!

A very unethical companyI would not give them any stars if I could. They sent me completely different lesser quality laptops than I ordered and I ordered 3. When I informed them of this, they said they would send me the correct laptops with shipping labels to send the others back. When I kept checking to see where they where, I keep being told they were waiting on a response from their shipping department with the tracking info. After a week, and asking for one final time I was told that the computers I wanted was out of stock but I can send the others back for a full refund. So, I feel I was completely scammed over by this company.

Wrong chargerI can not tell you 1 thing i liked about this acer. Wrong charger, so we can’t even determine if it works or not. Pictures attached. I understand it’s refurbished, but the screen is dirty, with huge dents in it, and the sticker is partially coming off.
