Samsung did the rest in making the phone. 🤣

This phone meets all our expectations and then some! I know, some reviews don’t think much of it, but I’ve been with at%26t since 2000, so I’m pretty partial to what phone and company I use for my service.
All in all, GREAT phone people!!

So far so good. It is a big phoneI’ve had this phone a couple of months and so far, it’s pretty good. I gave it 4 stars only because I don’t have it long enough to warrant 5 yet. It took me a while to figure out the settings because I was so used to LG for all the past phones I’ve owned. Having a Samsung Galaxy tablet helped me understand some of the setting. The phone is big. I am not used to a big phone. The case I have adds more bulk and size. One thing I don’t like is that it goes dark while I am on the phone causing me to have to press the button to turn on the screen. When the screen is sleeping, it doesn’t light up when I get a text. Maybe there’s a setting for these. I haven’t been able to find them. Sometimes it doesn’t make a notification sound for texts. I don’t know how to put a voicemail shortcut on the screen, so I added it to my favorites.

Do not purchase from websiteDevice is fine for the cost, but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WALMART.COM.
Device is not activated so AT%26T flags it as stolen and locks your account. Both at%26t and Wal-Mart chatbot say to take it to the store for activation. Defeats the purpose of ordering it online.
Three different Wal-Mart locations and none had a clue how to activate the device since they didn’t sell it. Suggestions ranged from turn it off then on, buy a new SIM card, and return it then repurchase it.
If you want a decent phone for the money, this is a good option. Just DON’T BUY IT ONLINE. Go to a brick and mortar store, it will save you time and headaches.

This phone bricked my SIM card.Put my old sim card into this phone when I got it, spent hours doing all the transfer of my apps/data, and it said I had full 5G coverage so I thought it was good to go. Tried to make a call and got a canned message that said to return to the vendor, wouldn’t make calls or send texts. I popped the sim card back into my old phone to try and call customer service, but now my old phone was unable to make calls or send texts as well.
Took the phone back to Walmart, but they said they can’t do anything and I had to go to an AT%26T store. Went to the store, and had 3 different people trying to figure out what was wrong. They said my account had been suspended, and I showed the texts showing I had just successfully renewed/paid for the month. I tried to enter my pin and it said it was invalid, couldn’t get a hold of anyone at customer service because every time they said the pin was invalid and hung up. After over 2 hours the manager finally managed to get through to speak with someone, and it showed I didn’t have a pin set.. which is wrong, and must have gotten removed when my account was suspended.
The reason why my account was suspended? The vendor (Walmart) didn’t scan the phone out before they shipped it to me, so it was flagged as stolen and locked my account as a result. So be extremely careful if you buy this phone from Walmart, I had to waste an entire day running around from store to store trying to find out what happened meanwhile my entire life (everything is 2FA today, couldn’t get on bank accounts, credit cards, etc.) is being held hostage.
Last thing I ever purchase from Walmart.com

The phone itself is great, but…Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A CELL PHONE ON WALMART.COM!! The phone was not scanned out of the warehouse when they shipped it out. The phone was useable for a few hours, but it got to the point where I could not call out or text on it because it got flagged as stolen, and would get AT%26T messages when I would call out to take it back tovthe store because of activation problems. They even flagged my phone number and can’t use my phone number now. DONT BUY A CELL PHONE FROM WALMART.COM!!!! The one star for the the way walmart handled things with this whole thing.

Who knows, just don’t have it delivered.Who knows if the phone is any good or not. Walmart didn’t scan it properly to close out the sale in their systems meaning it will never activate unless I drive to the location and have it re-done. I don’t have transportation or I would of went to get it on my own and not had it delivered with this Walmart service. So no transportation, no phone, and their own fault, and its on me to figure out. Down $80.00

Employees Need To Be Trained!I bought this phone and it was delivered. However, the employee Didn’t scan it right! I can’t get it to be accessed cause it is considered not purchased. Without a reciept I can’t return it or exchange it. This is Not the first phone Walmart has done this with

Very upset!Cannot activate phone. You did not scan as paid, so my Prepaid Plan will not recognize. It gives a message “Transaction not completed return to store”. Went to Walmart, was told they had no idea what I was talking about. They asked for a receipt. They became extremely rude when I told them you no longer include packing slips with online orders. I told them they could look it up by my phone number. They gave me attitude. They refused service. I have now been without a phone for two days.

DO NOT BUY PHONES ONLINE!!!!DO NOT BUY WALMART PHONES ONLINE!!! I suspect the warehouse workers are stealing the activated phones %26 shipping other unactivated phones. Since the serial %23 doesn’t match, I wasted hours trying to return or activate the phone only to be treated like I was the thief. Save yourself a lot of aggravation %26 buy in-store or from someplace other than Walmart.
