I purchased a new IPhone 12.When the package was first picked up, it transferred in 2 or 3 different trailers. I figure while in waycross ga the package at first couldn’t read the barcode. One photo showed when the new label shows clearly what time and date it was printed in Waycross Ga At the FedEx distribution facility. Walmart wants me to now wait til end of day Thursday. so Friday morning is when Walmart can start a refund. I don’t want a refund. I want the 5G phone that is on sale.
The photo with the orange package is what arrived after a barcode issue. It’s close to the weight of a new iPhone 12.

Terrible experience.I purchased this as a Christmas gift. Christmas was Monday and today is Saturday after Christmas. I’ve been trying all week to set this phone up.
It will not transfer my data and set up. On Friday (yesterday)I decided to return this phone that I purchased as a gift so I could purchase a different phone from Walmart. A phone that would work.
To my dismay I was told that Walmart would not accept this item for return or exchange because it does not qualify as a returnable item under the Holiday exchange period.
I AM VERY UPSET.
