ChargerI’ve noticed a lot of complaints about the charger cord they gave for this phone and the fact it came with no adapter. Well turns out that charging cord is meant to be plugged into the same adapter meant to be used for iPhone chargers. Find you an iPhone adapter and you will be good to go.

No charging block.Doesn’t come with a charging block… useless for it being a new phone that should come WITH a charger since it’s not a usb charger but has the exact same on both ends. Otherwise no complaints so far

I love the phone. But it did not come with a charging device. It came with a wire with 2 small ends, and no plug. I’m going to contact store to see if they will correct this problem. And deliver it. I don’t drive due to the meds I’m on.

Can’t charge the phoneThe phone came with no Charger or the right Charger Cord for a USB Android phone. Which means I have to spend more money if I want to use it. Or keep the phone

DisappointingI bought this phone for my nephew for his birthday. His birthday was just this past Sunday and it was the first time we open the phone and the screen was cracked I log onto Walmart app and it says it’s not eligible for return. All we really want to do is exchange it

purchased the phone in store. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. The phones memory is loaded 3/4 with bloatware so you have very little ram. The phone is extremely laggy it takes forever to power on. The apps take forever to load. i have mine through straight talk and my time though short has been problem after problem. I understand its not a top of the line phone but I have had $20 phones that were more reliable. This phone is just plane aweful. the memory is 32 gigs and 24.40 is system i have added a photo of that. Its just aweful as is straight talk.

The people in electronics department are worthlessI have no clue how good the phone is. it will not activate, on line or in person. When I took the phone to a Walmart store, I was LIED to about exchanging or returning it for putting the money back on my card. The electronics department sent me to customer service, customer service sent me BACK to electronics, where I was told that because the post pay department doesn’t make any money on prepay phones, he was refusing to help, unless I bought a phone from him. The utterly condescending and disrespectful attitude when i refused to buy anymore services, after spending 60.00 for a card and sim package, the card came apart in an unreadable manner, the sim got damaged to the point of unreadability. I bought another phone through Walmart.com, bring my trashed cash total up to 120.00 with ne service in view. I still have no idea if the phone works, HOWEVER. I felt so abused by the staff, that I will not buy another phone from or through Walmart, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will probably refuse to buy any more than groceries from this store, or Walmart ever again. Be glad I know how to use language well enough to avoid writing profane and defamatory words here. I assure you, volumes of profane thoughts were in me as I wrote this.
