PerfectOrdered this to replace my 12 year olds SE that would no longer hold a charge. It’s way more phone than a 12 year old needs but the SE’s were sold out. Honestly, other than its cameras, I can hardly tell the difference between this 11 and my 14 pro. He absolutely loves it and love apples parental controls. This phone gives him some autonomy to converse with his dad and myself (split custody) without having to always go through a parent. Dad and I both know his passcode and keep tabs on him, plus he can’t download any apps without requiring me to give him permission through my device.

Great PhoneAffordable price %26 a great deal for this older model iPhone that arrives brand new. It still receives the current iOS updates, too. This is my second time buying it. The first time was for myself, and the second time was for my mom. We both love our iPhone 11. Great camera: it has portrait mode and can shoot 4k videos.

Phones amazing but missing one thingI like the phone came with the cord but definitely dislike that it does not bring a box to connect the cord to so you have to buy that separate. If you want to chart the phone due to one side being a iPhone charger and other side of the same cord is a cleans c port

Terrible packaging just save yourself the headacheThe phones I bought weren’t packaged I properly and we damaged on their way to me. One of the most phones I was able to set up normally, the other phone is stuck on the Home Screen and cannot be unlocked

Can’t activate because it says phone doesn’t belong to family mobile although it clearly states on packages FAMILY MOBILE. At the time of writing this have been on phone with FAMILY MOBILE and WALMART for over two hours. Transferred hung up on and disconnected over 10 times

HorribleI’ve been without a phone for a week now. I can only be on WiFi. The people at familymobile.com have no clue how to help with their phones. The only suggestion was to send it back. I attempted to buy a new sim, when trying to transfer it wiped the cellular off of my old phone and now I have no phone. I use my mobile for work so this is very upsetting. I’ve been with family mobile for 7 years. I’m leaving them and getting ATT.

terrible. do not recommend.gave me an expired SIM card and said i had to pay extra for a new one or return the entire device. wont be doing this again for sure. otherwise, phone itself and delivery service was incredible!
