Very goodI liked the software that was already loaded into the system and the prompt delivery service along with the price. It had a few cosmetic issues such as scratches on the top which is why you got 4 instead of 5 stars

QualityLaptop in good condition. I wasnt expecting the top to be covered with a skin (neutral color, but still a sticker) this is understandable seeing as the computer is referbished and probably had scratches or something, but something to note just in case you plan to put your own skin on it later.
Otherwise it’s working great and looks almost brand new.

Won’t charge or power up!!My chromebook was working perfectly fine, battery life was really long lasting at first…but ive had it less than a month at this point and it won’t charge or power up at all now. really unhappy about this

Wouldnt buy againHardware is running good. Cosmetically very ugly. Laptop was very dirty, I had to spray and wipe down. Had to clean usb and hdmi inputs with q-tips. Cracked on one of the corners exposing the interior. Broken pieces rattling in keyboard.

Dell Chrome book 11 3189 wrong charger
I’m not a satisfied customer right now because I bought Dell Chrome book 11 3189. Which is refurbished but it was a great price during this Black Friday. Ok I received it good condition but the only wrong was that the charger for chrome book doesn’t fit and it was the wrong size. So I call customer service about it and the only way to get another one is either get 15% back on it or send the item back for a full refund
. All I wanted was just the right charger for the chrome book so I was told Walmart can’t accept the charger because it might be the one they send like really why would the I would send something another than what was sent to me and that’s crazy. So I who would do that just send me another and I’ll send this one that y’all sent me. Omg but never again I’m ordering anything like that again thanks for the heads ups Walmart Online 
I am very disappointed and 15% really $11.35 thanks for nothing.

Let downScreen has a cracks. Especially on the right upper corner. Computer looks beat up. I’ve tried to contact the seller and have not got a response.
